Meet The Katie Carter Fitness Team

Katie Carter started her online fitness coaching business in 2020, after years of fighting her own battles with health and fitness.

Katie became so passionate about nutrition and weight training and she began working to expand her knowledge. Once people started reaching out to her for help, she knew she wanted to make a difference in the fitness industry.


Katie became certified as a personal trainer and started working with clients. Since then, she has worked with almost 500 clients helping them achieve their own mental and physical goals.


There are now four other amazing coaches at KC Health & Fitness, all passionate about sharing their journeys and helping others achieve their own health and fitness goals.
