Meet Katie Carter, the founder of Katie Carter Fitness. Her story isn't one of flawless perfection, but rather a testament to resilience and the transformative power of self-love.

In March 2020, Katie ventured into the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer (CPT) and earned her bachelor of science in psychology (BSc Psych). But her journey began long before, in the depths of her own struggles with mental health and body image issues. Battling anxiety and depression, Katie found herself adrift, losing touch with her sense of self and well-being. The weight of her emotional burden manifested physically, leading to a significant gain in weight and a profound sense of disconnection.

It was in these darkest moments that Katie discovered her strength. Through unwavering determination and the support of loved ones, she embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Step by step, she reclaimed her power, shedding nearly 50lbs and rediscovering her zest for life.

Driven by her own transformation, Katie felt called to share her journey with others. What started as a personal quest for health and happiness blossomed into a passion for helping others navigate their own paths to wellness. As she shared her story on social media, a community began to form, drawn to Katie's authenticity and vulnerability.

In 2020, Katie founded her own business, guided by a simple yet powerful philosophy: embrace imperfection, cultivate balance, and prioritize self-care. She believes in meeting clients where they are, understanding that true transformation begins from within. Katie's approach isn't about quick fixes or unrealistic expectations—it's about sustainable, long-term growth rooted in self-love and acceptance.


Beyond the gym, Katie finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. Whether she's exploring the great outdoors with her partner Josh and their beloved pup Winnie, indulging in her favorite guilty pleasures (strawberry margs and Reece’s DQ blizzards, anyone?), or losing herself in the pages of a gripping psychological thriller while sipping an americano on a slow Sunday morning, Katie does her best to embrace every moment with gratitude.

At KCF, Katie hopes to remind her clients that our greatest strength lies in embracing our imperfections and owning our stories. For Katie, health, fitness, and wellness aren't just goals to achieve—they're a way of life, a journey of self-discovery, and a celebration of the incredible resilience of the human spirit.

Kristen Jorgensen


Say hello to Kristen Jorgensen, a powerhouse coach with a heart of gold and a passion for guiding others towards their fitness goals. Kristen's journey in the fitness industry began in February 2022 when she joined the KCF team, but her love for fitness traces back to her teenage years.

Starting at just 16, Kristen immersed herself in strength training to excel in volleyball, igniting a passion that would shape her career. Despite facing battles with binge eating and body image struggles, Kristen persevered, finding solace and strength in the gym. Her journey was marked by ups and downs, from overcoming eating disorders to embracing motherhood, but through it all, Kristen emerged stronger and more resilient than ever.

Driven by her own experiences, Kristen is committed to helping others navigate their fitness journeys with compassion and understanding. She specializes in working with committed individuals ready to embrace lifestyle changes and moms seeking to reclaim their strength and confidence postpartum.

Kristen's training approach is all about lifting heavy, challenging yourself, and building deep connections with her clients. Whether she's guiding clients through a tough workout or enjoying quality time with her golden retriever Finn and her growing son, Kristen brings passion and dedication to everything she does.

As part of the KCF team, Kristen cherishes the sense of community and camaraderie, celebrating the growth and success of the team alongside her fellow coaches and clients. To Kristen, health, fitness, and wellness are interconnected, each playing a vital role in achieving harmony within the body and mind. Lily Osborne


Meet Lilian Osborne, affectionately known as Lily or Lil, a dedicated coach with a heart for empowering others on their health and fitness journeys. Her passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals is deeply rooted in her own transformative experiences and diverse background.

Lily's journey in the fitness industry began in October 2022 when she joined the KCF team. Equipped with a wealth of knowledge and experience, she became a coach in December 2022, after completing her training through DLD OFNC. As a Registered Nurse with a Critical Care Certificate, Lily brings a unique perspective to her coaching, merging her expertise in emergency medicine with her passion for fitness.

Her journey to this point has been marked by resilience and self-discovery. Having overcome an abusive relationship and battled with misconceptions about health and fitness, Lily understands the importance of prioritizing holistic well-being. From playing competitive soccer to embracing weightlifting, she has experienced firsthand the transformative power of proper nutrition and strength training.

Driven by a desire to bridge the gap between preventive healthcare and fitness, Lily is committed to empowering her clients to prioritize their health and lead fulfilling lives. She specializes in working with advanced lifters seeking to elevate their training and individuals battling health issues or hormonal imbalances, leveraging her expertise as an RN to provide personalized support and guidance.


Lily's training approach is grounded in open communication and mutual goal setting, ensuring that each client feels empowered and supported throughout their journey. Beyond the gym, Lily enjoys an active lifestyle, indulging in golfing, hiking, soccer, and paddleboarding, alongside cherished moments with her beloved dog and indulging in her passion for video gaming.

As a member of the KCF team, Lily finds fulfillment in the camaraderie and shared commitment to client well-being. To her, health, fitness, and wellness mean more than just physical appearance—they encompass proper nourishment, energy, and confidence in one's body. For Lily, being "well" is a lifelong journey, a commitment to prioritizing self-care and embracing the incredible resilience of the human spirit.

Carly Davenport


Meet Carly Davenport, a dynamic coach with a passion for empowering others to achieve their fitness goals and live their best lives. Carly's journey in the fitness industry began in November 2022 when she joined the KCF team, but her love for health and fitness has been a lifelong pursuit.

With five years of experience under her belt, Carly holds a bachelor's degree in athletic and exercise therapy, specializing in exercise science and physical therapy. Her certifications in Athletic Therapy and Strength and Conditioning have equipped her with the knowledge and expertise to work with a diverse range of clients, from the general public to high-performance athletes.

Carly's own journey to health and fitness was marked by challenges and triumphs. From navigating her own struggles with body image to finding balance and happiness, Carly understands firsthand the mental and physical obstacles that can accompany the pursuit of wellness. It's this empathy and understanding that drives her passion for helping others overcome their own hurdles and achieve their goals.

Specializing in empowering clients through injury recovery and strength training, Carly brings a unique approach to her coaching. Whether working with advanced gym-goers or beginners, Carly's caring and empathetic coaching style focuses on building confidence and empowering her clients to reach their full potential.

Outside of the gym, Carly enjoys spending time with her family and participating in recreational sports like fastball, slow-pitch, golf, and rugby. An avid reader and self-proclaimed wine snob, Carly finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, from cuddling up with her kitties to enjoying a good bottle of white wine.

As part of the KCF team, Carly values the sense of community and shared commitment to balance and well-being. For Carly, health, fitness, and wellness are about finding harmony in all aspects of life, and she's dedicated to helping her clients achieve that balance and live their happiest, healthiest lives.

Autumn Culver, registered nurse, certified personal trainer, and fitness coach at katie carter health & fitness.

Autumn Culver


Autumn Culver embarked on her journey in the health and wellness industry over a decade ago. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2021, she delved into the scientific aspects of health, leading to her certification as a Certified Personal Trainer in 2023.


Inspired by her nursing background, Autumn aims to promote proactive health and wellness practices to prevent illness.

Specializing in training moms, Autumn draws from her own experiences to inspire others on their postpartum health journeys. Her training approach focuses on fostering a mindset shift, empowering clients to realize their full potential in a supportive environment.

Beyond training, Autumn enjoys outdoor adventures with her two-year-old son, indulging in reality TV, and sipping on an ice-cold Diet Coke. She thrives in the collaborative environment of the KCF team, where diverse perspectives merge to prioritize client well-being!


For Autumn, health, fitness, and wellness are about feeling and performing at one's best, enabling individuals to lead fulfilling lives. Being "well" encompasses both physical and mental vitality, empowering individuals to pursue their passions and embrace life to the fullest.
